Historical

Wise County Heritage Museum – Once the location of Decatur Baptist Church, the Wise County Heritage Museum now preserves Wise County’s past and is the headquarters for the historical commission and historical society.

Wise County Veterans Memorial Museum – An extension of Veterans Memorial Park, this museum pays tribute to the stories created during a time of war and provides visitors with an introduction to military history.

Wineries

OG Cellars – This boutique winery proudly uses only Texas grapes in the products they serve. Their hand-crafted wines bring out the flavors of the grapes by using old-world techniques.

Brushy Creek Vineyards – This award-winning winery was the first winery to open in Wise County after Prohibition.

Bridgeport Independent School District – Bridgeport ISD is composed of four campuses that serve 2,200 students. The district is committed to preparing their students to think creatively, communicate, and work well with others.

Alvord Independent School District – By providing a safe environment and a sound education program, Alvord ISD works to develop their students to their full potential to become responsible citizens.

Boyd Independent School District – Boyd ISD is considered a 3A school district and has an enrollment of more than 1,100 students.
